This is the one debate that you will never find on a Christian web site ever! This was it. This was the chance for the Christians to debunk all the claims that the Muslims as well as non-Muslims were making about the scientific miracles of the Qur'an! Obviously the Christian side did not think they did so well.
In fairness I'm posting a picture of the book's in question links to where you can obtain the books.
I will let you the viewer decide the outcome of this debate suffice it to say that for me.
The book featured to my left was written by Maurice Bucaille a French scientist who upon learning the Arabic language and making a comparative study between the Bible, and the Qur'an in the light of modern science concluded that the Qur'an had more going for it in every respect. Dr. Bucaille who latter became a Muslim wrote the book pictured above.

However the Christians would have none of it! Thus the infamous Christian missionary groups of 'Answering Islam' and 'Ministry to Muslims' were determined to rain on the Muslim's parade. Who could answer the challenge they felt better than Dr. William Campbell?
Dr. William Campbell a medical doctor and a Christian Missionary, is the author of the book "The Qur'an and the Bible in the light of history and science" which a reply to the famous book "The Bible, the Qur'an and Science" By French Doctor Maurice Bucaille.
The book to my left is the response to Dr. Bucaille and the Christian attempt to respond to some of the claims made by Muslims. The link to where this book too is available online is given below.

*Note* Because of the crushing defeat of Answering Islam's premier writer and scholar, Dr. William Campbell, the Answering Islam team (Christian Missionaries) has systematically REFUSED to put the debate on their website nor to make known that such a debate even took place! I have put the available material for all to see.
One thing I am very upset about is the treatement that great defenders of Christianity recieve from their very own brothers and sisters in faith! John Gilchrist, Norman Geisler, William Campbell and Mike Licona the list goes on and on. These great and humble defenders of Christianity are being shown great disrespect.
Usally the one's who show disdain for these great apologist and scholars of the faith are mostly extreme Calvinist or right wing bigots who hide their racism and dark hatred towards Islam under the guise of being Christian.
Did Dr william cambell converted to Islam??

ReplyDeletePeace be unto you. No Usman to my knowledge Dr. William Cambell did not convert to Islam. Some Muslims have also given the false impression that Dr. Keith Moore converted to Islam and he did not either.
